We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
* Coordinate employee training and development programs.
* Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance.
* Monitor employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
* Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
