Job Summary
The Ivanti Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of Ivanti solutions across the enterprise. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring efficient endpoint management, security compliance, and IT service delivery. The Technical Lead will guide a team of administrators, drive automation, and align Ivanti capabilities with business and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Ivanti Solution Architecture & Implementation

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Ivanti tools (Endpoint Manager, Ivanti Neurons, Security Controls, Service Manager).

Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.

Ensure scalability, high availability, and performance of Ivanti environments.
Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Ivanti administrators and support teams.

Conduct code reviews, configuration reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.

Act as escalation point for critical issues and complex troubleshooting.
Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager / Neurons / Security Controls.

Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.

Experience managing clinical systems and healthcare applications.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools.
Compliance Knowledge

Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, or regional standards).

Experience with data privacy, security controls, and audit processes.
