Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-driven SEO & AIO Specialist to enhance CMZ’s digital visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of organic growth initiatives, with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic, increasing user signups, and improving product page engagement. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, making data-driven decisions, and continuously optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Optimize website, landing pages, and product pages for improved visibility and conversion
- Implement AIO (AI Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies across AI-driven platforms
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent queries related to masajid, organizations, and independent reps
- Build and manage backlink strategies to enhance domain authority
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, signups)
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize strategies to improve outcomes
- Improve technical SEO, including site speed, indexing, crawlability, and structured data
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and willingness to learn AIO & GEO practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Basic knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Keyword Research to identify high-performing opportunities and optimize content
- Skills in executing On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, page structure, and content enhancement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus
Performance & Accountability
- Own organic traffic growth with a focus on quality and conversion
- Drive measurable increases in user signups through organic channels
- Improve traffic and engagement across product and landing pages
- Ensure consistent performance tracking and reporting with actionable insights
- Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven search optimization
- Understanding of community-based or faith-based platforms
- Basic design or Canva skills
