Job Summary
Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities by meeting clients and promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify prospective clients through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Present and explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and closures.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
