Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the reception area at our skin clinic. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and will ensure a smooth patient experience, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and lead front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient inquiries (in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Ensure minimal wait times and smooth patient flow
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for scheduling and updates
- Manage inventory of front office supplies
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Handle escalations and resolve patient concerns
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
