Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Survey Engineer with hands-on experience in Land Surveying, Land Development, Solar Power Plant Projects, Topographical Surveys, Contour Mapping, and Civil 3D. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, preparing survey-based drawings and models, supporting land development activities, and providing survey inputs for project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Land Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Boundary Surveys, and Contour Surveys for project planning and execution.
- Operate and handle Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Perform site leveling, benchmark establishment, control point setting, and layout marking.
- Carry out survey activities related to land development and site grading works.
- Prepare and analyze topographic maps, contour maps, grading plans, and earthwork calculations.
- Generate Existing Ground Levels (EGL), Finished Ground Levels (FGL), Cut & Fill reports, and volume calculations using Civil 3D.
- Support execution of Solar Power Plant Projects, including site surveys, layout setting, row alignment, road layouts, inverter locations, and development planning.
- Coordinate with project execution teams for setting out, alignment verification, and survey-based decision making.
- Prepare and update survey drawings, site layouts, contour maps, grading layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D) .
- Verify site dimensions, elevations, boundaries, and levels as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Maintain survey records, reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all survey and land development activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Land Surveying, Topographical Surveys, Contour Mapping, and Land Development Works.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in surface creation, contour generation, grading design, earthwork calculations, and volume estimation using Civil 3D.
- Good understanding of site development, leveling, cut-and-fill analysis, and infrastructure layouts.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey plans, and development layouts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

2 – 6 Years of relevant experience in:
- Land Surveying
- Land Development Projects
- Solar Power Plant Projects
- Infrastructure / Industrial Development Projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related disciplines.
- Experience in utility-scale solar projects and large-scale land development projects.
- Knowledge of solar plant layouts, grading optimization, contour analysis, and site development planning.
- Familiarity with GIS software and drone survey data will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
