Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities -
Generate property sales leads.
Meet clients and understand their requirements.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Explain project features, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and loan teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily sales and visit reports.
Attend marketing events and property exhibitions.
Collect customer documents and booking forms.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
