Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Performance Marketing Executive. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing marketplace advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The role focuses on driving sales growth, improving ad performance, and increasing product visibility across ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho Ads campaigns
- Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, keyword campaigns, and retargeting campaigns
- Optimize bids, keywords, ad placements, and campaign performance
- Improve ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CTR, conversion rates, and organic rankings
- Analyze campaign reports, search term reports, and SKU-level performance
- Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign profitability
- Coordinate with operations, inventory, and creative teams for campaign execution
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Seller Panel
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce performance marketing and PPC campaigns
- Good understanding of ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC optimization, and keyword optimization
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketplaces simultaneously
- Ecommerce or BPC category experience will be preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
