Turkish / Mediterranean Cook (Shawarma, Grill, Wraps)
We are hiring an experienced Turkish / Mediterranean Cook for a fast-growing food outlet. (TRIAL MANDATORY)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Turkish & Mediterranean dishes such as:
- Shawarma (chicken / falafel)
- Grilled meats & veggies
- Wraps, pita, hummus, sauces
- Follow standard recipes (no personal variations)
- We have our own dedicated menu so should be well-versed in the turkish spices
- Handle rush hours efficiently
- Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness
- Coordinate with helper staff for prep work
- Control food wastage
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in commercial kitchen
- Experience with shawarma machine / grill / fryer
- Ability to work fast during peak hours
- Willing to give trial first
- Team player, disciplined, punctual
- No ego, must follow instructions
alary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000per month (based on experience)
