Shaping Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative driven, and strategic Brand & Social Media Manager to grow Shaping Ideas into a strong, recognisable brano This person will take ownership of how we present burselves online and offline-showcasing our work services, events, products, people, and brand stor) through high-quality content and design.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen the brand identity and visibility of Shaping Ideas, Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Design social media posts, stories, banners, posters brochures, event creatives, and promotional materials. Create or edit basic reels, short videos behind-the-scenes content, and brand videos Showcase the work, events, projects, products, and achievements of Shaping Ideas in a compeling way Create packaging designs, box labels, stickers, and other brand assets when needed Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. Keep up with design, content, and social media trends to improve our digital presence. Coordinate with the internal team to collect content anc convert ideas into strong visual stories Track engagement and suggest practical ways to mprove reach, consistency, and brand awareness.
Requirements ‣
Strong skills in graphic design and social media conten creation. Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, llustrator, or similar tools. Basic reel/video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Good understanding of Instagram, Linkedln, branding and content trends Ability to think strategically--not just create posts, bu help grow the brand ‣ Strong communication, creativity, ownership, anc attention to detail.
A portfolio showing social media, branding, design, or video work is required.Location Preference ‣ Candidates based in Siliguri will be preferred Candidates willing to relocate to Siliguri for this full-time, on-site role are also welcome to apply.
