Position: AutoCAD Draftsman – Civil & Reinforcement Drawings

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare and modify technical drawings, with a strong focus on Civil and Reinforcement Drawings. Both freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on their technical skills and suitability for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Civil and Reinforcement drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and modify structural/civil drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings, layouts, sections, and related drawings.
- Interpret engineering sketches, designs, specifications, and technical instructions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with project standards.
- Make revisions and updates to drawings based on engineer/client feedback.
- Coordinate with Civil/Structural Engineers and other project team members.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, detailing, annotations, and drawing standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Civil and Reinforcement Drawings.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and structural/civil drafting will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.
Experience & Qualification
- Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge can be considered.
- Experienced candidates with relevant Civil/Structural drafting experience are preferred.
- Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage.

We are open to candidates across experience levels. Experience is not the only deciding factor—freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and good technical understanding can also be considered.
Salary is flexible and there is no fixed salary bar for the right candidate.
