- Manage and control overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor plant performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory standards.
- Control manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Lead workforce planning, employee development, and performance management activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, and Sales departments for smooth plant operations.
- Analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational data to drive improvements.
- Ensure implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Drive a culture of safety, discipline, quality, and operational excellence across the plant.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
