We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects.
* Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
* Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
* Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data.
* Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads.
* Provide detailed project information to customers.
* Manage email and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets.
* Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
