Key Responsibilities:
Plan and create customized travel itineraries for clients

Provide accurate information on destinations, hotels, transport, and packages
Coordinate bookings for hotels, transport, and sightseeing
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare tour quotations and cost sheets
Handle last-minute changes and resolve travel issues
Maintain records of bookings and payments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience in travel industry (0–3 years)
Good knowledge of Uttarakhand destinations (Char Dham, Do Dham, Mussoorie, Nainital, etc.)
Strong communication and sales skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience in tour packages and itinerary making
