About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline daily operational processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, maintain records, track tasks, and support management in improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily business processes and workflows.
- Follow up with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain process documentation, reports, and records.
- Track pending activities and provide regular status updates to management.
- Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
