We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our Thrissur branch and support our business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
- Generate leads for CCTV, Networking, Wi-Fi, Server, and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and IT support services.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and call reports in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
- 80–100 outbound calls per day.
- Generate quality business leads.
- Schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
