Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Salary: (₹ 20000- ₹35,000/month )+ Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and email communication.
* Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Train and guide junior CREs/CROs.
* Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
* Strong customer service and sales experience.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
Language : English & Tamil , Hindi (Telugu are added advantage)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
