Front Office & Guest Relations Executive
We are a warm, professionally managed beach homestay in Alleppey, Kerala, hosting a limited number of well-screened, quality guests in a peaceful and safe environment. With only six rooms, our property offers a calm, homely atmosphere—ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle by the sea while working in hospitality.
We are looking for a candidate to join us as a Guest Relations Executive cum Caretaker. This is a full-time, live-in role, where you will be the welcoming face of the property and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for our guests.
About the Role
You will represent the property in a professional manner, interacting with guests and managing day-to-day operations. The workload is light and manageable, mainly focused around check-ins and morning routines, leaving you with ample free time during the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach
- Handling check-in and check-out smoothly
- Assisting guests during their stay and addressing basic needs
- Coordinating bookings and guest communication
- Maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting light housekeeping when needed
- Overseeing the property and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Serving breakfast when needed.

- Pleasant personality with a professional and guest-friendly attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Neat appearance and strong sense of responsibility
- Basic hospitality understanding (experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
