Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify mechanical and electrical faults in sewing machines and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Repairing Machines: Perform repairs on various sewing machine models, including replacing worn-out parts, recalibrating machines, and conducting complete overhauls as necessary.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, oiling, and adjusting machine components to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ordering necessary components as needed to facilitate repairs.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with sewing machine owners to explain issues, provide guidance on proper usage, and offer maintenance tips to prevent future problems.
- Testing and Assembly: Assemble and test new sewing machines to ensure they meet manufacturer standards before they are sold or used
