We help businesses across the globe accelerate their digital transformation through innovative cloud solutions and AI-powered CRM technologies.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Manager to drive business growth across the APAC & MENA regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Salesforce consulting services, developing strategic client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and consistently achieving revenue targets. This role requires a consultative sales professional who understands enterprise business challenges and can position Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for Salesforce Consulting Services.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across the APAC & MENA regions through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, partner networks, and strategic lead generation initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while expanding Perigeon Software’s presence within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Directors, Business Leaders, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, solution demonstrations, commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales Consultants, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Technical Experts to prepare winning proposals, solution approaches, project estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Manage strategic customer accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and long-term partnership development.
- Maintain continuous engagement with prospects and existing clients through regular follow-ups, relationship management, and proactive communication to accelerate sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, webinars, events, and demand generation initiatives to maximize qualified lead generation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product innovations, industry trends, AI technologies, cloud transformation strategies, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and account activities.
- Represent Perigeon Software at Salesforce events, conferences, networking sessions, partner meetings, and industry webinars.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Software Sales.
- Proven experience selling Salesforce Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Development, and Managed Services.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients within the APAC & MENA regions.
- Strong experience managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Excellent consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, account management, and client relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with offshore Salesforce consulting and delivery teams.
- Existing network of clients, Salesforce partners, or enterprise decision-makers across APAC and MENA will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, CRM Modernization, AI-powered business solutions, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Applications.
- Expertise in proposal writing, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and strategic account management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong follow-up, stakeholder management, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to support business expansion across additional global markets as required.
Working Hours
- APAC & MENA Business Hours (Flexible based on customer time zones).
- Flexibility to attend client meetings, discovery sessions, demos, and stakeholder discussions as per regional business requirements.
