We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the agro-chemical / inorganic fertiliser industry to drive B2B business growth across Zinc Sulphate (Mono / Hepta) and other micronutrients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop new B2B customers across fertiliser blenders, agri-input companies, and institutional buyers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from product approvals and plant audits to price negotiation, order closure, and execution
- Achieve sales targets for Zinc Sulphate and other inorganic micronutrients
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for timely delivery and payment collection
- Develop and expand dealer/distribution networks
- Prepare and manage sales MIS reports
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in sales within agro-chemical / inorganic fertiliser industry
- Mandatory experience in Zinc Sulphate (Mono / Hepta) or related micronutrients
- Experience handling private sector fertiliser companies, distribution networks, and government tenders/contracts
- Strong understanding of agrochemical or fertiliser industry sales processes
- Experience working with or selling to agrochemical/inorganic fertiliser companies is mandatory
