Job Title: CRM Executive – AV7 MARKET
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, order processing, and post-sales support for our online business operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries received through Phone calls, WhatsApp, Email, Live chat, and Social media platforms.
- Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely order and Delivery processing.
- Arrange and monitor courier bookings and shipment dispatches.
- Track dispatched orders and provide delivery updates to customers.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Send promotional messages, retargeting emails, and WhatsApp campaigns to existing customers.
- Support video shopping and virtual customer assistance activities.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Product Listing, Digitization teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely response to all customer queries and maintain service quality standards.
- Assist in customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English, proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication is required.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and online business operations will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in E-commerce, CRM, or Customer Support.
Experience:
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in CRM systems will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
