Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support audit processes, and contribute to tax planning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Management: * Assist in the preparation and finalization of accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Ind AS / Accounting Standards.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Handle end-to-end statutory compliances including GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS returns, and Income Tax returns.
- Ensure timely monthly statutory payments and deposit of taxes.
- Stay updated with amendments in corporate laws, GST, and Income Tax provisions.
- Auditing & Assurance:
- Coordinate and facilitate internal, statutory, and tax audit processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Financial Analysis & MIS:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review to track business performance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Must be a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the ICAI (First-attempt or limited-attempt clear preferred, depending on your company's preference).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience. Rich exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, and taxation during the 3-year articleship is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP / Prime, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Solid understanding of Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify anomalies.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in numbers and regulatory documentation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate financial reports to non-finance teams or clients.
