- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions using SAP ABAP Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development frameworks and tools to deliver iterative software improvements.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization within SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
