About the Role
AM Automation Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for industrial automation and machinery solutions. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth machine operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of industrial automation equipment and machinery.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely troubleshooting support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
- Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
- Conduct machine testing, demonstrations, and operator training.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding service requirements and spare parts.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the committed timeframe.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective service support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Breakdown response and closure time.
- Installation and commissioning completion rate.
- Customer satisfaction level.
- Preventive maintenance completion rate.
- First-time issue resolution rate.
- Timely submission of service reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, drives, and control panels.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel for field service activities.
Additional Requirements:
✔ Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
✔ Valid Driving License required
