Job Discriptions:
- In-depth knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems.
- Hands-on experience with belts, drives, and gearbox assembly.
- Expertise in turret assembly and ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) / APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) maintenance.
- Skilled in ball screw assembly and LM guideway replacement.
- Experience in spindle assembly, telescopic guard repair, and replacement.
- Proficient in geometrical checking and correction of CNC machines (Turn Mill, VMC, 5-Axis, etc.) to achieve machine geometry.
- Experienced in backlash inspection and rectification.
- Capable of attending and resolving mechanical breakdowns of CNC machines and furnaces.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical part drawings, assembly drawings, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic circuits.
- Proficient in reading and understanding machine manuals.
- Skilled in conducting Why-Why Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for breakdowns.
- Hands-on experience in CNC Turning Machine chuck cylinder seal kit replacement.
- Hands-on experience in Grinding Machine work head bearing replacement.
- Hands-on experience in Grinding Machine dresser bearing replacement.
- Experience in chip conveyor repair and maintenance.
