Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Good computer skills and excellent typing speed manditory
- Maintain organized records, files, reports, and business documents.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting notes, and reports.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Planning & Project Coordination
- Assist management in planning and executing business projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Identify potential delays and proactively recommend solutions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and databases.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
- Analyze operational data and present findings in an organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and project documentation.
Travel & Field Support
- Travel to project locations as required.
- Support site visits, inspections, meetings, and project coordination activities.
- Assist management during business trips and external meetings.
- Be willing to relocate to different cities based on organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, project coordination, or operations support.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional organizational and technical skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Formulas and functions
- Pivot Tables
- Data analysis and reporting
- Charts and dashboards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Ability to learn and use project management and business software.
- Ability to drive 2 wheeler.
