The project:
This is a high-rise residential project in Noida.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Contributes to strategy development, shaping plans and overseeing delivery to achieve annual business objectives on time and within budget.
- Defines and manages project design strategies, approving consultant appointments and ensuring resources are aligned to deliverables.
- Builds and leads design teams, acting as the operational manager for design resources and serving as the focal point for design issues.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships, influencing senior leaders, and presenting performance data to drive outcomes.
- Supports business development and drives continuous improvement, embedding best practices, lessons learned, and transformational change across projects.
- Provides leadership and direction for design engineering activities, ensuring compliance with management systems and contributing to Mace’s net zero carbon transition.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
