Job Summary
The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data related to employee performance and organizational activities. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with actionable insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Management
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data related to employee work and productivity
- Maintain accurate records of employee activities and performance metrics
- Ensure proper documentation and data storage for easy retrieval
2. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review
- Analyze employee performance trends and highlight key observations
- Generate dashboards and summaries to track KPIs
3. Employee Work Tracking
- Monitor employee task completion and productivity levels
- Coordinate with department heads to gather work status updates
- Identify gaps, delays, and inefficiencies in workflow
4. Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data
- Ensure reports comply with internal standards
5. Coordination & Support
- Assist management in decision-making by providing relevant data
- Support HR/Admin in performance tracking and evaluations
- Work closely with different departments for data collection
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced) – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Basic knowledge of MIS tools / ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management / Reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
