As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue across Life and General Insurance portfolios, building high-value client relationships, and creating a scalable sales engine.
This is a Hybrid Role—designed for professionals who take ownership, operate with discipline, and deliver measurable results.
Compensation Structure
- Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Strictly Performance-Based)
- Incentives: Unlimited earning potential based on revenue performance
Performance Mandate:
- General Insurance Revenue: Minimum 10X of salary drawn
- Life Insurance Revenue: Minimum 4X of salary drawn
Critical Compensation Clause:
- Salary will be directly proportional to revenue generated
- Salary will be released only after the clawback period & Persistency Clause, ensuring business sustainability and persistency
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and related financial products
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline (Retail + Corporate + MSME)
- Generate consistent revenue aligned with company benchmarks
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team (if applicable)
- Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain persistency, renewal ratios, and long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams for underwriting, servicing, and claims support
- Actively participate in networking, referrals, and business development activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales
- Strong understanding of Life & General Insurance products
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
