Responsibilities
Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching orders.
Support supply chain processes such as order tracking, vendor coordination, and maintaining documentation.
Update and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Prepare reports related to inventory movement, order status, and supply chain activities.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics efficiency.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or hands-on experience in warehouse or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
