- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads.
- Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed.
- Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems.
- Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions.
