Job Summary
Aashish Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in field and telephonic sales within the real estate sector. The role involves generating leads, engaging with clients, conducting site visits, and supporting successful property deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through field visits and telephonic communication
- Present and explain real estate projects to potential buyers
- Coordinate and conduct client site visits
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with both field sales and tele sales activities
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of the real estate market will be an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
