# Job Description – Production Supervisor
**Location:** Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore
**Position:** Production Supervisor
**Experience:** 1.5 to 3 Years
**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
# Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
* Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
* Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
* Maintain product quality as per company standards.
* Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace discipline.
* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production.
* Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
* Prepare daily production reports and update management.
* Train and guide operators and shop floor workers.
# Candidate Requirements
* B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering discipline.
* 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and shop floor management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in shifts, if required.
