Job Title: Corporate Gifting Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Gifting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of corporate gifting initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. The Corporate Gifting Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships, fostering brand loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our corporate gifting program.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their gifting needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on suitable gift selections aligned with client objectives.
Product Sourcing and Selection:
- Research and identify innovative and high-quality gift options within budget constraints.
- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate favourable terms.
Customization and Personalization:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the customisation and personalisation of gifts according to client branding guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of bespoke gift packages tailored to individual client requirements.
Order Management:
- Efficiently manage the entire gifting process, from order placement to delivery.
- Monitor and track multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Budget Management:
- Work closely with clients to establish and adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Provide cost-effective gifting solutions without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on all gift items to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery discrepancies.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with gift suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on the success and impact of corporate gifting programs.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Client acquisition:
- Onbaord new clients via up sales and cross sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate gifting, sales, or client relations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Jayanagar 5th Block, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
