Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and compliance activities.
The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, vendor management, and financial record maintenance. The candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the finance team in smooth operational functioning.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Financial Management
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries in accounting software.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
Vendor & Payment Management
- Process vendor bills and verify supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payment schedules.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Maintain GST records and ensure compliance with taxation regulations.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain financial documentation.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and expense approvals.
- Maintain bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow records.
- Generate periodic reports for management review.
- Support finance team during audits and financial closing activities.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries
- Compliance with GST and statutory regulations

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, or Service Industry with experience in handling vendor payments, GST compliance, and accounting records will be preferred.
