Job Title: Expert Project Manager

Introduction:
As Senior project manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the transition of processes or systems from one state to another within an organization. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transition of processes, often involving changes in technology, procedures, or organizational structure.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Planning Migration Strategy: Developing a comprehensive strategy for migrating processes, including timeline, resources, and risk assessment.
Coordinating Stakeholders: Working closely with various stakeholders across different jurisdictions & teams, such as country leads, process leads, directors and regional heads to ensure smooth migration process.
Managing Migration Process: Overseeing the entire migration process, including identifying dependencies, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to the migration plan, timely escalations to the right stakeholders.
Monitoring Progress: Monitoring the progress of the migration project and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that the migration process complies with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about the progress, challenges, and outcomes of the migration process.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues related to the transition process and developing mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Documenting all aspects of the transition process, including plans, decisions, and outcomes, for future reference and improvement.
What Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need:
Domain: Ideally from finance domain and have basic knowledge about accounting, compliance, corporate secretary, etc.
Experience: Candidates should have several years of experience in project management, change management, or a related field. Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is often preferred. If candidates have exposure to APAC or EMEA location would be highly beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to stakeholders and team members.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is crucial for identifying process improvements and mitigating risks.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is necessary for planning, executing, and monitoring transition projects.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions is essential for ensuring smooth transitions.
Adaptability: Candidates should be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial for ensuring accuracy in planning and executing transition activities.
