Sliders & Co is a fast-growing food brand focused on delivering high-quality burgers, sliders, sides, and innovative food experiences with consistency, hygiene, and taste excellence. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to lead operations in our Central Kitchen and support production, quality, and menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen efficiently.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control across all products.
Prepare and standardize recipes, sauces, marinades, and food preparation processes.
Monitor food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Handle inventory management, stock rotation, wastage control, and vendor coordination.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain operational excellence and discipline.
Support menu development, new product trials, and process improvements.
Coordinate with management for production planning and timely dispatch to outlets/events.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Supervisor in QSR, burger brands, cafés, or central kitchens. (FRESHERS CAN APPLY)
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices.
Ability to manage high-volume food production with consistency.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Understanding of inventory control and food cost management.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Experience in burger, fast-food, or cloud kitchen operations is an added advantage.
