Business Development Manager – Restaurant Partnerships
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to onboard restaurants onto our restaurant technology platform.
The role involves visiting restaurants, explaining our product and business benefits, building relationships with restaurant owners, and helping them get started with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants and introduce our platform
- Explain benefits of direct ordering and branded apps
- Generate and manage restaurant leads
- Build relationships with restaurant owners/managers
- Conduct product demos
- Help restaurants with onboarding process
- Follow up with interested restaurants
- Achieve onboarding targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and technology
- Ability to explain business benefits clearly
- Field sales or marketing experience is a plus
- Must have smartphone and basic internet knowledge
Preferred
- Experience in restaurant, food delivery, SaaS, or sales industry
- Local market knowledge
