Job Description:
Benda Infotech is looking for a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, working in a fast-paced environment during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closures
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Ability to work in US night shift
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc. is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
