Position: Receptionist / Administrator
Location:Aluva
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing patient queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth communication and support services
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
- Support administrative and front-desk operations when required
- Ensure the hospital’s public image is maintained positively and proactively
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Any degree (graduate in any discipline)
- Experience: Prior experience in the Public Relations department of a hospital or healthcare institution preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
