Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote products and services directly to customers in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer acquisition, lead generation, product promotion, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas to identify and acquire new customers
- Promote company products and services through direct customer interaction
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participate in field marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Marketing
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned territory
