We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Improve website ranking through SEO and SEM strategies
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and analytics
- Generate quality leads through online marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities
- Prepare regular performance reports and marketing insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Experience with graphic/content tools will be an added advantage
