Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Controller for US based liaison office in India for night shift job with strong expertise in US GAAP to lead and manage the complete finance function for a US-based client.
This role requires both hands-on accounting leadership and strategic financial oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / CMA, CFA from a reputed institution
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP
- Experience handling US-based clients or working with US entities
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and audits
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to US taxation and regulatory framework
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Ensure compliance with US regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements
- Manage external audits and coordinate with US auditors
- Oversee consolidation of financial statements (if applicable)
- Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance (if applicable)
Accounting & Operations
- Supervise general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and revenue recognition
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and closing processes
- Implement process improvements and automation in finance operations
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A)
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Support business expansion, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives
- Manage and mentor the finance team

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
