Role: Pre-Sales Consultant – IT Services
Focus: Managed Services, Custom App Development, and Staff Augmentation

Role Objective
The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for the technical acquisition of new business. You will translate client requirements into a comprehensive Service Delivery Model, ensuring that the proposed project scope is technically sound, profitable, and aligned with our delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scoping & Estimation (The Core)
- Lead the Technical Discovery phase to define project requirements (e.g., App Development, Cloud Migration, or Managed Support).
- Collaborate with Delivery Heads to calculate Effort Estimation (Man-hours/Man-months).
- Determine the Resource Mix (Onsite/Offshore ratio) to optimize costs for the Indian and Global markets.
2. Proposal & Bid Management
- Own the technical response for RFPs and RFIs, focusing on "The Why" and "The How" of our service methodology.
- Create detailed Technical Proposals including Project Roadmaps, Milestones, and Technology Stacks.
- Draft the Statement of Work (SOW) with a clear definition of In-Scope and Out-of-Scope items to prevent "Scope Creep."
3. Solution Architecting
- Design end-to-end service solutions, including SLA (Service Level Agreement) definitions and governance frameworks.
- Propose the right Execution Model (Fixed Price, Time & Material, or Dedicated Team).
4. Client Engagement
- Present our company’s technical capabilities and "Past Case Studies" to prospective clients.
- Address technical objections regarding security, compliance, and data sovereignty.
Technical "Know-How" for Services
- SDLC Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to explain how we will deliver the project.
- Technology Breadth: While you don't need to code, you must speak fluently about:
- Web/Mobile: React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, etc.
- Cloud/DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure infrastructure.
- QA/Testing: Automation vs. Manual testing services.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, or Monday.com for timeline visualization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
