Job Summary
Shreeji Infotech is seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Engineer to provide technical support, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting services for desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and related IT equipment. The candidate should possess strong diagnostic skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and component replacements.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
- Install and maintain printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Maintain service records, job reports, and inventory details.
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and technical queries.
- Coordinate with vendors and service centers for warranty and repair cases.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows installation and configuration.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch).
- Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in laptop-level troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and networking.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
