JD: Role & responsibilities:-
As an Experienced Recruiter at Fairgrowth, you will play a crucial role in our success by:-
- Sourcing and attracting top talent for executive-level positions across various industries.
- Conducting in-depth screening and interviewing to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all search assignments.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented executive search professional.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and interview top talent.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on exceeding client and candidate expectations.
