Internal Hiring – Video Editor
Position Overview
Mighty Warners is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client projects involving video editing and motion graphics, while also creating engaging in-house content using mobile phones or DSLR cameras for social media reels, photography, and company pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Delivery: Edit and deliver high-quality video content for client projects, ensuring both creative excellence and technical accuracy.
- Content Production: Create and produce in-house content, including reels, videos, and photographs, using mobile devices or DSLR cameras for the company's social media channels and marketing platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Design: Design compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and overall video quality.
- Performance-Focused Content Creation: Develop video creatives that align with marketing goals, lead generation initiatives, and paid advertising performance objectives.
- Creative Direction & Concept Development: Contribute to idea generation, storyboard creation, and creative planning for campaign-driven video projects.
- Platform Optimization: Customize video formats, pacing, hooks, and creative elements for optimal performance across Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Client & Internal Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets expectations and objectives.
- Post-Production Management: Handle complete post-production processes, including color correction, sound editing, quality checks, and final video delivery.
- Brand Consistency & Industry Trends: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines while staying updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content.
Requirements
- Experience & Technical Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Creative & Production Skills: Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to create engaging short-form and in-house content using mobile devices or DSLR cameras.
- Marketing & Performance Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing creatives, ad-focused video structures, and key video performance metrics such as watch time, CTR, and engagement rates.
- Execution & Work Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client brands, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D animation tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of sound design and audio editing.
- Knowledge of content trends across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
