Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and remote technical support to users
Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
User account management in Active Directory
Basic networking troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Antivirus installation and monitoring
System monitoring and routine maintenance
Support in backup and security-related activities
Coordination with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain IT asset and inventory records
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting
Basic understanding of firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security
Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
