Job Summary
Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and build a rewarding career in the FMCG and Agro Food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist various departments in daily operational activities.
- Support data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with team members on assigned projects and tasks.
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Learn company processes, policies, and business operations.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, BBM, or equivalent).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
